  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, certain items such as opened hair products or accessories may not be eligible for return.

3. Restocking Fee

A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items, deducted from your refund.

4. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns unless the item is defective or incorrect.

5. Exchanges

Please note that exchanges are not accepted; all purchases are final.

6. How to Initiate a Return

  2. We will provide you with a return authorization and detailed instructions on how to send back your item.

7. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, minus the restocking fee, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

8. Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective item or the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
